We understand that for many of you, the swallowing diagnostics you were relying on were suddenly taken away from you recently, and that your patients rely on this information for their effective dysphagia management and rehabilitation. We at DMS have been inundated with requests for services and are working diligently to put everything in place to be able to fill that void.

Dysphagia Management Systems, or DMS, is in its 35^th year of service throughout the country. Carol Winchester, MS CCC-SLP developed mobile endoscopy in 1992 after it came into our scope of practice for Speech Pathologists. We have been providing services since that time and have no intention of ceasing our service provision. Our protocols work and our SLPs are experts at what they do!

As we grow to meet your needs, we ask for your patience. If your corporation recently signed a contract, we will be rolling out your facilities soon and taking your referrals.

How do you refer?

• You will be contacted by our staff within 24 hours to schedule.

What if you don’t have a contract in place?

• Call or fax our referral line at 855-693-7822.
• Ask for a ‘Single Patient Agreement’ to be sent to you.
• Provide your email and phone number.
• Your facility can sign this agreement to see the patient while a contract gets put into place.

We are adding additional staff to meet your needs and moving our staff around as needed. Please know that we are not going anywhere and we will take care of your patients’ needs as we are available in your area. It may take a short time to get to your area, but we are committed to filling this void for you!
